1. What machine formats are available?

We offer our design sets in ten major machine formats:  art, csd, dst, exp, hus, jef, pcs, pes, sew, vip, and xxx.  **Please specify format when ordering. If no format is specified, PES will be sent.

2. Will your designs work on my machine?

If you have a way to get designs FROM your computer TO your embroidery machine, then the answer is yes.  You will need the appropriate hardware/software to use these designs.  Examples include your embroidery software, a reader/writer box such as Magic or Amazing box, etc. Our designs are offered via download and CD Rom only.

3. Do you sell single designs?

At the present time we do not sell single designs.  Only design sets.

4. Do you have a "Terms of Use" policy?

Yes! Thank you for asking. Our policy is as follows:

These designs that you purchase CAN be stitched on items to be sold, but the designs themselves CANNOT BE SOLD, TRADED, SHARED or INCLUDED on any design set--(THIS INCLUDES PURCHASING WITH THE INTENT TO COPY AND SHARE WITH YOUR FRIENDS. :-) However, you MUST have PURCHASED our designs in order to use them on items you sell. We also allow limited use of the embroidered designs on items for resale; if you plan to sell more than 100 of an item that you have used our design on please contact us at admin@2sistersewing.com for a specified commercial license.  Please, if you use our designs on items that you make a profit off of, kindly give us the courtesy of purchasing our design set...and not simply downloading our free designs. All of our design patterns are created by my sister and I, many hours have gone into these patterns to bring you unique high quality designs. Please respect our work. 

If you have a website for your business or sell on ebay, please give us credit for our designs by stating "These designs purchased from Designs by 2 SisterSewing" and kindly link Designs by 2SisterSewing to our website, www.2sistersewing.com. We understand a link is not allowed in ebay auctions. If you have any items you've made with our designs, we would be THRILLED to display them on our projects page. 5.  Do you offer refunds?

No. Due to the electronic nature of the product and it's ability to be reproduced, refunds are not offered.  If you receive a damaged cd, we will gladly exchange it for a new one.  Thanks for your understanding and cooperation with this policy.

6. How do I pay for my designs?
We accept the following payment methods securely through our shopping cart:

Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are available through PayPal.  You may also send your order by mail with a money order, please email to have the address sent to you.

8. When will I receive my designs

Your email is important to us and will be answered as soon as possible.  We operate out of our home and have families and children to tend to. Kindly allow up to 24 hours to receive a response to your email. Most often it will be much faster..sometimes if timing is right it turns out to be within minutes, other times, hours.  Thanks so much for allowing us 24 hours to give you excellent customer service.

9. I received my designs via download or in my email. The colors are all weird and are nothing like shown on your website!

Regarding the colors being off or "weird", this is not uncommon at all due to the fact that each format has it's own color palette...and they can be quite different from one format to another. Therefore, often times upon conversion, the original colors of the designs will change and vary from format to format. Again, this is totally normal, and the reason why color charts are provided with each design set. If you follow the color chart provided, the design will stitch out in the appropriate colors.

10. I would like to be notified automatically of new design sets, free designs, and sales. How can I do that?
